Captain Clowers Refund Policy
To request a refund from Captain Clowers, call 1-619-800-FISH (3474)
A 30% deposit is required to secure all charters. All charter deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation notice is received at least 14 days to the departure date. Moving the departure date with less than a 14 day notice from the original departure date is considered a cancellation without refund of deposit. Customer cancellation notice given within our policy terms will result in the deposit being applied to another reservation date or the deposit refunded in full at customer request.
All trips are subject to and affected by weather. In the event of weather cancellation by the captain, Captain Clowers Charters can apply your deposit to a future trip. In the event of inclement weather during your trip or any circumstance that would shorten the trip, the captain will pro-rate the trip, meaning you will be charged for the hours that we were underway/fishing.
Notice is hereby given that each of the companies, corporations, or persons participating in this offer is providing services which are normally provided in the performance of its business, and assumes no responsibility of any nature whatsoever, for services, or damages, or injuries to persons or properties, arising out of or resulting from services provided by one or more, of the other companies, corporations, or persons providing services, hereunder.
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the safety and comfort of the charter, or individuals, or for any reason whatsoever to terminate, amend, and/or cancel confirmed reservations for any for any periods, corporation thereof, due to strikes, national emergencies, or similar situations normally referred to as Acts of God, or any situation which is believed to be in the best interest of the client of Captain Clowers Charters, such as action will be taken without penalty to Captain Clowers Charters, companies, corporations or persons, participating in this operation.
