Offshore Report: Giant Bluefin Tuna 5/15/21

We went outside today in search of bluefin tuna and ran into some giants. Our clients boated a 199, 186, 78 and 54 pounder.

The two “smaller” ones came on a popper and surface iron, both from a foaming school on the surface. The two big ones came on Yummy Flyers.

Fishing is really good right now, as you can tell. But you still have to be at the right place at the right time. When that happens, and you and  your group can execute, you can get results like we did today.
